When will my order be sent?
Some orders ship same day. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. All orders should be sent out within 5 business days at the most.
Where can I ship to?
Orders can be shipped Internationally. We ship anywhere that Canada Post and DHL deliver.
How do I get FREE SHIPPING?
In order to receive free shipping, make sure that you have spent at least $75.00 in your cart before checking out, and the shipping address must be a destination within either Canada or the USA. Priority shipping speeds will be an additional cost, and are not included in free shipping.
Where are the products sent from?
Products ship from Alberta, Canada. Canadian destinations will not receive any import or duty fees at the door. For countries outside of Canada, please familiarize yourself with your Countries duties, taxes and import fees.
Shipping is too expensive to my Country. What can I do?
You have 2 options. You can download mp3 versions of the songs instead of shipping a physical CD. These are available on the "Shopping page". You can also listen to the music for free on the home page of WendyCherrett.com.
How is shipping calculated?
We calculate shipping based off of the actual shipping rates provided by the postal and courier companies based on weight size, and destination. We do not mark up our shipping or charge more than the cost quoted to us.
Can I pick up my order?
No. We do not offer pickup at this time.
Is your packaging environmentally conscious?
We ship our products using as minimal packaging as possible while still ensuring that your products arrive safely and without damage. All packaging is recyclable and we encourage you to recycle the packaging once you receive it.
We accept returns on products within 30 calendar days of purchase that are both unopened and undamaged. Money will be refunded within 30 calendar days of us receiving the returned product(s), less shipping and a 15% restocking fee. The returnee is responsible for all shipping costs.
Damaged / Defective Products
We accept returns on damaged and defective products within 30 calendar days of purchase. If we deem the product damage was not the responsibility of the customer, then the product will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer. Should the originally defective Product no longer be available, we will either issue you a store credit or full refund of the money you paid. Please note that we will only replace or refund Products which were manufactured defectively.
